Where do you ship from?

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, yes! International shipping prices are subject to change and DO NOT include customs, duties and/or taxes which may be charged depending on your country's import laws.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic orders may take 3 - 7 days to arrive once they have been shipped out, international orders may take between 2 - 12 weeks depending on your country's postal service. If an item is a pre-order, it will mail out on the listed date on the product page (and will include all other items purchased at the same time, including non-preorder/in stock items). I mail orders once a week on Thursdays, if you make a purchase on Thursday your item may ship out the following week.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Once an item has been shipped out, all sales are final. If your order has not shipped yet and you wish to change/cancel your order please contact me via email or the contact page ASAP.
What should I do if my order was damaged in the mail/something was missing from my package?
Please send me an email along with photos of the damaged item, or let me know if I've forgotten an item and I will do my best to work something out!
Do you sell at conventions?
Yes I do! You can check my event schedule to see where I'll be exhibiting and selling my merchandise.
Are you available for commissions, or any other kind of work?
Yes! I accept commissions from time to time and am currently available for freelance and in-house work. Please send all work inquiries to [email protected]
